Healing
“Medical Schools Ignore the Nature of Consciousness at Great Cost”. This editorial in the November 2021 issue of the Journal of Wellness was my introduction to Dr. Anoop Kumar and his work, and what prompted me to follow him on social media.
A board-certified Emergency Physician, Dr. Anoop Kumar is the Co-founder and CEO of Health Revolution, a movement “building a complete ecosystem for healing to transition our society from the dis-ease state to the healing state”.
One of the manifestations of the Health Revolution movement is the Healing is Possible podcast, featuring stories of people everywhere who have healed from their diagnoses.
And to my great surprise, Anoop invited me to be a guest on Healing is Possible.
My first thought was, well… straight-up impostor syndrome. I did not have a story of healing to share.
Or so I thought.
Anoop prompted me to rethink that. Healing is more than physical healing, and the podcast covers healing in this broader sense. As such, my story of reconciling my attraction to both science and spirituality qualified as a healing journey.
Looking back, I can see how this aligns with one of the very first statements I ever read from Dr. Kumar:
An important part of my human being-ness is what I broadly think of as my spiritual self – the more expansive, wiser and more loving part of me that I believe both predates and survives my body’s lifetime.
And you know what? The very act of preparing for and recording this episode was a healing experience.
It prompted me to reflect on my journey from a healing lens.
It reminded me of painful moments and shined a new light on how they shaped my story.
It nudged me to have a vulnerable discussion I’d been postponing but that actually ended up being a lovely experience.
And it challenged me to be a little more open about my spirituality than I’d previously been.
You can listen to the episode here:
It all came together beautifully, allowing me to see more of myself and to heal in the process, reflecting the mission of Health Revolution to demonstrate that healing is possible when we see ourselves fully.
Anoop talked more about this mission and the philosophy that underpins Health Revolution on the Worthful Woman podcast:

Transformation
“You know, there are people that, when when we are in their presence, we just feel differently; or it kind of connects us in a different way, or it does something with us in a positive or a negative way. So that was the interesting experience when I was sitting in front of Dadashreeji, my mind was just completely calm. And I was just able to experience, in a way I would say – the most beautiful version of myself.” – Dr. Kriti Nanda on the Worthful Woman podcast, episode 8
The Worthful Woman podcast kicked off 2023 with Dr. Kriti Nanda: medical doctor, medical transformation and mental health coach, researcher in contemplative sciences, meditation instructor, keynote speaker and charity volunteer.
As a medical doctor with a special interest in psychosomatic medicine and a holistic approach, she is offering mental health, stress prevention and management programs, self-reflection workshops with energy-based processes as well as meditation sessions, facilitating well-being and personal Transformation.

How Kriti’s passion for helping people led to her multifaceted professional activity.
The value of having a spiritual guide.
How she met her guide and teacher Maitreya Dadashreeji.
Things to consider when choosing a spiritual guide.

Truth
“I started my journey from the mind, and did a lot of reading, a lot of contemplating, and I think I needed that in order to understand that I also needed to seek experiences of the heart.” – C.J. Monzyk on the Worthful Woman podcast, episode 9
C.J. Monzyk is a Principal Engineer who works in air separation technology research and holds several patents. He has practiced Peruvian shamanism, is a Reiki Master, Kriya Yogi, and a musician. Ever since he was a small child, C.J. has been led by a strong desire to know how things work and why they are the way they are.
In addition to gaining a Master of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, this curiosity also led C.J. to study philosophy, psychology, various world religions, spiritual practices, cosmology and physics.
Some of the topics we covered were:
C.J.'s spiritual journey from the mind to the heart (the longest journey of only 18 inches!).
The intelligence of the heart.
C.J.'s spiritual experience in which he directly perceived the true nature of reality – which he credits to Maitreya Dadashreeji.
Shakti energy.
Scientific evidence that is congruent with the existence of a God.
The difference between belief and faith... and so much more!
